@Theresa Harris yea I’m month to month and I sent it I dropped one off in person and he wouldn’t accept it so then I asked him what way he wanted it and finally he states that certified so I sent it housing already will stop payments on the 7 of February im will to pay him the amount for those days if he wants to be difficult I asked him multiple times and he kept telling me to stop texting him when he’s my landlord I’m confuse and to what he wants me to do honestly I don’t yell or cuz I’m polite and I think that’s why he is taking advantage Cause I’m a single mom with 7!
