I wonder how the bank would know whether it's an acceptable risk to lend to a business that's not yet showing its own income.Trevor - luckily we don't have a car payment, CC debt, or personal loans in the mix, although I do have a student loan (in my name only), so I wouldn't be able to reassign that to him.

I'd spoken with the owner briefly on the phone once before and we'd discussed the overall condition of the property, why he wants to sell, how much $ he'd be happy to walk away with, etc.After the screening questions over the phone I threw a number out and he said it'd be the lowest he'd accept and still be happy with, but he'd still need to speak with his wife about it.Anyway...so today I met with them in person and he gave me some more info.This property is zoned for R-4.

I thought they went out in 80's or 90'sYou're gong to have less people accept them because of the high fees they charge retailers and I doubt they offer much better deals than a 2% cashback on everything deal.

Is it easier to evict someone, even IN the state of the moratorium if say one's FHA offer is accepted, the property becomes my primary residence and I am then required to live there.
