Part two of my question... when a lien holder with ‘an interest in’ in Ohio property (e.g. a Bank) markets via an internet site which appears to not be affiliated with a licensed Ohio brokerage, the lien holder is certainly 'ready, willing, and able' to buy/assign if need be.

So, you have to be pretty sure of the rates you set.You can guess, I suppose, why some landlords no longer want to deal with S8 -- attempting to force landlords to take it won't work, as many will just set short holding times and non-refundable holding fees that any S8 voucher holder will hopefully refuse to pay, as it isn't a short process.

I researched the title and found out who the lien holders are but the previous owners still show on title as the current owners.
