I got into RE before college, then had courses that "opened doors" and from there it took years to gain indepth knowledge.

Hello,  I am looking for opinions on my idea both sides are welcome as I am new to this.I am a recent college graduate with in my first few months of work.  

With all the Colleges/Universites in Syracuse I don't think you'd have trouble finding student roommates or tenants. 2) Is there an urgency to quitting your day job?

I started college classes in business management thinking I could use that in any line of work.
