I highly encourage you to avoid them.

I drive around the neighbor a little more and continue to see encouraging things.

Some counties here in Florida enable you to view an interactive GIS Map and it shows nearby sales for the last 4 years.

We obviously didn't explore the entire market, but what we saw wasn't encouraging or even sensible.
