The loan from the 401k might be a good idea given how frothy the stock market is. 

I live in the Philadelphia area where the housing stock is pretty old.

Hopefully you weren't dead seat on getting $350k, but I am not sure the neighborhood sold houses I saw show yours is worth $350k.

Basically: Can Matt get the vacation home, Johnny get the stock portfolio, and Amy get the primary residence?

@James Myers,I use Personal Capital to track all of my stock and bond investments.

I could see with his efforts that he got too busy to be able to post anything, but then why would his site not just redirect to his new site.Shift Inv, does have a YouTube in Jun, and there is a face book page, but the web site seems dead.
