Pretty much a full renovation: Refinished floors, all new paint, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, gutted both bathrooms, new tile in bathrooms, tile shower, new vanitys, carpet, exterior paint, new garage, the whole nine yards.

But, if the wholesaler didn't have an idea of the estimate, there's no way he could have known if it was a reasonable deal or not, and if he wastes my time bringing me bad deals, I'm going to ask him to stop bothering me.So, the purpose of the rehab estimate for the wholesaler is to ensure that the deal is a reasonable one, so that you're not wasting your customer's time...

that's what i try to do. and that's what i did on the last one. i was quoted 50 per cabinet installation and i installed them myself. saved $500 right there. i do my own plumbing, which saved over 2k on the last job. painting is something i dont like, but hate to pay 1000 per house (typical ranch house).
