I work with wholesalers often, although I am on the other side of Seattle than where you are at.

That led me to attending some workshops in my area which allowed me to network with both seasoned and new investors like myself and really focus on self education.My main focus is on learning how to wholesale properties that would then sometime in the future allow me to move to a buy and hold strategy and build my real estate portfolio.
