& all he did was lend his auto to a friend who drove drunk then wrecked it causing significant injuries to the passengers.

From that figure out how much to budget monthly for it so I have that money when I expect to have that money.I get a figure for each unit and set up an auto-deposit from each bank account into one combined online savings account with a decent interest rate.

I use that platform to automate messages, keep track of my calendar and also send auto-reminders to the cleaning crew that a guest will be leaving.

Tenants love the auto-draft and I do too! 

Kokomo is heavily dependent on the auto manufacturing industry, so the recession hit us hard, however, the city has been booming the last 8 years or so, with another $400 million investment from FCA just announced last week which should come with up to 1,000 jobs here in town.

After picking up 2-3 stable rentals, I might venture in to the city, probably West Village/Indian Village areas.
