I agree that buying locally would feel much better and seems smarter for my first venture.

Regarding the ADU the major cross streets are venture and shoup.

I've yet to venture out into other parts of Georgia. 

I’m venturing into real estate development starting out with small plots say 5-6000 sqft. to build 2-3 townhomes.

As a civil engineer with a concentration in transportation, I am trying to understand how others have used their Professional Engineers License to benefit their personal real estate ventures. 

I helped complete with those however I am venturing out on my own and any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
