People travel from all around to buy stuff from them and they are opening up a new store in Muskogee, OK  in 2 days.  

I did pretty well renting out my old apartment in Bellevue when I travelled, and have had great success renting a room in my condo in Lynnwood.

We will retire with two pension's that would allow us to live comfortably, but any and all extra funds to give us play money for our lives to travel and live in paradise really gets us excited.By next February, we will have 50K cash to put into an investment.

It does involve "habitation" though even if you don't own the mobile home itself and that is enough of a reminder for me to stay in my lane:)I have carved out a little niche purchasing timeshares at foreclosure and then renting them out and/or selling them for a profit.

We often travel for a month or 2 at a time as I can easily manage my operations from wherever I may beMy recommendation is to get to a point of financial security along with no to little debt and then find something that interests you that may or may not be income producing.

@Jonathan Johnson my team would be interested in doing a meet up as well, timing is the hard part for us as well do to various projects/travel.
