Hi Mary, most of the successful "regular" investors in the bay that I know are following the route of @Ivan Vasquez and @Benjamin LenzMulti-family in the Bay pre-covid was fraught with risks and the average person working 9-5 is ill prepared for that.With the ADU method, you can create multiple streams of income from a SFH without dealing with some of the strange laws that have been put into affect for multi-units.

Ill definitely be doing my research on the laws and regulations regarding PM.

Its been a great experiment and as the other units come available especially the tiny home i think ill switch them over to airbnb.

The advantage of the life policy is you have 100% of your CV earning interest while you've leveraged your CV else where as well, in effect your "money," is working in multiple places at one time thereby increasing leverage.Of course, the leverage if used disastrously could have ill effects on your policy and investments and if used prudently it could exponentially grow your financial position.

I am not trying to be negative but just help so you don't do something that is ill advised.
