Looks a little bland and doesn't convey much warmth.Other than that, if you're not getting showings, it's either price or time -- remember last weekend was mothers day, so traffic was down.

Residential tenants aren't going to want the noise and traffic from the warehouse user and the industrial tenant isn't going to want the hassle of complaining residents next door.Any chance that could be remedied by converting the warehouse to more residential units?

From New Britain to Hartford there is a devoted road (converted rail track) for the buses to run on avoiding I84 traffic, which btw is under construction this summer.As for the multiple duplexes in Bristol- the money is made on the buy side.
