Wow, adding that much space is a huge ticket...I've added master bathrooms and bedrooms but never three rooms...Good Luck with that!  

This is an "ad platform" model, and the one many project-driven issuers are using as it is exempt from all regulation (the offerings themselves still have to comply with SEC rules and state securities dealer laws, but the portal itself is free from oversight so long as it conducts business legally).There is a lot of internal industry debate about which is the best and there is disagreement among securities attorneys knowledgeable in the space about what is required.  

It's a tight market, and there's a lot of this going on, every day. 

The lower end houses, say ARV at $150k or less, the 70% rule starts falling apart quickly and things get real tight.

If they can see the couch or the bed already in place they can get an idea of whether or not there's adequate spacing for their own things.I never do open houses.  

Such as NNN leased commercial space to good tenants. 

Medical is hot but regular has been lackluster as the smaller micro spaces are just recovering.

Girlfriend offered to help store some of the stuff but she said she has limited space as she still lives with her parents and besides I feel I at least need something in writing before I just let his girlfriend ATM come and carry stuff away.
