I'd show up to get our money and the wife, who'd been avoiding me and/or telling me they didn't have the money for 90-180 days, would have a brand new car in the driveway.

Hello BP community, I am working with a realtor who has found me a brand new 4 plex unit for 472,000.

But after the cops showed up recently because the husband put his hands on his wife again, AND I was fixing the trash and noticed so much heavy liqueur $$$ AND then my daughter tells me that the husband showed up with a brand new motorcycle ( taxes )!!!

High end could be $334 assuming we get a higher rent.This home already has a new roof installed yesterday, new AC installed last year, brand new carpet, and comes with a 2 year old washer, drier, and fridge.We have about a 6% cap rate, 8% cash on cash return and our mortgage rate is 4.49%I am very happy with this because it’s out of state for me, but a couple miles from family.
