Only thing that will save it is enhanced transportation to DC like the Maglev being built or autonomous vehicles eliminating speed limits on a BW parkway lane or 95. 

I buy a lot of them because I believe in paying for speed and proven success systems.  

The expectations of speed they put on these guys make it impossible for them to be thorough, especially about packing in and spraying the insulation that will really get your money out of your new windows in energy costs.Good luck, Karen.

In starting to bring it up to speed, I am considering replacing the old window units with central AC.

While it's RE education on 3x speed, you'll have to see if you have the stomach to go through tough times and not give up.In either decision you make, for lower income properties don't get sucked into "paper" returns.

It is the hosting speed, mobile friendliness, the security etc. etc. that Google loves about the sites that I do not have a say or access to.

I found the best notes for us to buy was from thrifts  Household finance types that were in foreclosure I would buy those 2 to 3 weeks from the sale date do a substitution and carry the foreclosure through and either own the asset or get paid off is someone else bid it.. we did quite well with that one until new management came in and would not sell many notes this way anymore. as for training I only know of the controversial ( being kind ) Scott Carson and Eddie Speed and I think Mr.

Ideally, I’m wanting to save for my next purchase but now I’m trying to decide if a good HELOC strategy would help safely speed things up or just add unnecessary risk.
