While a strong buyer with plenty of cash or a strong line of credit, and proven marketing and sales experience might turn this around if the problem of financing the homes could be solved (the volume is too small for most seller finance solutions and outside lenders would run from paper there) people with the skills and resources would not bother.

If that NET income is distributed to its shareholders/owners is that money taxed once it gets to shareholder or is it taxed as NET income first from the business and taxed AGAIN when the shareholder/owners receive it.Example ACME Solutions makes 100K, they pay 30K to their employee to run the business, they pay 3k in wage/payroll taxes, they spend 27k on marketing and other expenses.

The reason you should wait is that if you jack up a joist all at once you're likely to crack or break the joist so just adjust about a quarter inch at a time.Floor leveler is another solution but doesn't solve the problem.
