Do you think there is currently a high increase in the MF syndication investing sphere, more than we’ve ever had before, a saturation these days (due to social media outreach with so many courses teaching both active and passive MF syndication compounded by the pandemic effect) that we’ve reached or are reaching a point where there is less supply of the type of properties with the criteria that MF investors specifically look for?

Court records also indicate the foreclosure did in fact occur.But when I call the VA offices theyre saying that they have no current record of it (and that unless I can legally present the previous owners social security number, they cant look into it any further).And when I call VRM Mortgage Services (the guys who take care of their foreclosures), they also claim to not have it on their records.Almost feels like both parties (the VA office and the servicer) each think the other owns it?

I'd recommend seeking the counsel of a CPA and / or attorney to discuss the implications of using a company vs. your name.In the meantime you can get business cards made that have your name, contact info, and possibly a generic title like "investor" or "real estate investor."

I believe most people want to make money, but express it in "I want to own real estate" since the implication is owning real estate makes money.Where I completely disagree is "why not just go raise money..."

Very little info was provided but generally speaking, the decision to sell would be based on what you plan to do with the money once you sell and of course, any tax implications would need to be considered.

Entities such as an LLC will not necessarily save you on income taxes.There is a potential savings on self-employment taxes(Social Security / Medicare) if you have an ordinary business(non rentals) and you have an S-corp setup.Best to talk to a CPA for advice before you start doing things on your own.
