Try a local Credit Union, no prepayment penalties and might be able to deal with these small loan balances more easily than a commercial or community Bank.

At $1.4 million that is a very different market than your normal "bread and butter" house and it would be wise to seek the advise of people who have experience in that niche.

Have you calculated out your tax penalty amount if you do not 1031 exchange?
