I'd set a follow up plan for unresponsive leads - which would remind me to call and email them at certain intervals.Additionally, I sent email through the program, so I could track our whole conversation and see if they had been opening/reading emails, or just ignoring them.Most real estate CRMs will work, but if you want something free Highrise was pretty good.

So the normal "can i do work for rent" question is always asked and confusion and lots of reminders is all part of the game.
