In that case, I would recommend that you look at some lower priced land notes in an easy to foreclose state like Texas.

I recommend that bidders should always approach any skillful & responsible conversation with the assumption that listing agents know what the buyer needs to know, and more times than not they do.

When a tenant moves out, transfer the deposit back to Checking so it's ready to apply towards expenses or refund the Tenant.If you end up with excess funds in the Checking account, I recommend you transfer it to a third account designated explicitly for future investments.
