I've got a question for those of you who have been doing this for awhile: is it natural to feel a little nervous and downright scared when you start out?

Naturally, many have understated operating expenses and overstated cash flow.

If a seller sees an offer like 123,000 they may think that you have just pulled a number out of nowhere.

Stainless sinks are pretty indestructible (but don't use a faucet with a separate sprayer), and spending an extra $1 per door/drawer pull will again help you avoid the "rental" look.
