We have a whole set of tools we use to make it easier for the tenant to rent the home without violating the rules of social distancing.I agree with what others have said, read books and listen to podcasts.

I hate to say this in this forum and keep it to RE and never mention politics but see the trend that is before us, unfortunately, this pandemic has given the (D)'s a perfect opportunity to push their agenda to transform the country. 

But if you have 40% non pay with the crop of newbie syndicators and highly leveraged deals there could be some failures in those assets if this persisted for any length of time.So bottom line now with bail out and with landlords being polite yet firm this should not be the worse case scenario many are worried about.It has been a wake up call to highly  leveraged landlords though that 2 to 3 months reserves maybe inadequate for safety.  

Do Landlord hating SJWs stirred up by certain political figures (for their own ends) post to places like this and then make up tons of FAKE response accounts to highlight their own desires ...Highly Likely.I'm not buying it.

You definitely do not want to do the work yourself unless its very minor stuff and you have the tools, skills, experience and time.

I'm really not sure what type of political move that he is trying to pull here by allowing hotels/motels but banning STRs; nonetheless, this changes nothing in the grand scheme of things. 

Although for attempted political persuasion purposes the media will probably claim otherwise.Good Luck!
