He added plumbing to put in a ne bathroom (toilet). other than that I have not seen the place, but given there were renters recently and the remodel, its likely rentable (functionally, not necessarily legally).I looked up rents in Kihei, the town where the house is, at between 1200 to 1899 for a 1bed house.
