Has plumbing.

For example if the house has termite damage, foundation issues, or mold would be a no go but new plumbing and updates would be OK? 

He added plumbing to put in a ne bathroom (toilet). other than that I have not seen the place, but given there were renters recently and the remodel, its likely rentable (functionally, not necessarily legally).I looked up rents in Kihei, the town where the house is, at between 1200 to 1899 for a 1bed house.

Ideally this would be someone who can scope out the sewer/plumbing as well. 

Would like some opinions on a plumbing situation.

I am in the process of purchasing a property in Stamford, CT and the place needs a basic interior cosmestic renovation (i.e. replacing floor, changing out plumbing fixtures, updating kitchen, installing new appliances etc).

I bought this house that was foreclosed, the owner had an actual handyman business and thought string was a fine way to hold plumbing.

I'd suggest calling around places that do HVAC *and* plumbing.

Assuming that the basic infrastructure is already in place, meaning I don't have to add on to the house, I can get in and out for less than $10k including adding/moving plumbing.

As a plumbing contractor there arent many hand tools that I dont personally own.
