Or I will design and build a hybrid, part Manufactured and part site built, depending on the size of the lot, set backs, local building jurisdictions, etc.If I can work with the MHC owner/managers I will then rent/lease them out or sell them for 195-500+-k depending on the park, site or proximity to the coast or other attractive amenities.
