I am a younger single gal, first time home buyer and first time investor and I could really use some guidance on my journey as I am quickly learning there are many speed bumps.

We bought the house at peak time and if we sell the house for the price that we bought it for, we will lose around $80-100K.

The first single family home will be to get used to property management as well as ease into being a real estate investor, and from there then it’s full speed ahead! 

Good PMs understand the necessity of speed and accuracy in PM. 

The blockchain is too far away from being scalable to match the speed and agility of conventional payment system.

@Brad Klock  I am a buy and hold residual income all the way guy, so take my advice with that grain of salt.i would rent that all day, unless you have reason to believe the market has peaked and the neighborhood will soon be declining. 

The old adage about speed, price, and quality and picking 2... my contractor couldn't even manage a single one.

And with a flip, speed is often important.
