My company has been offering referral bonuses and signing bonuses for mixer drivers for the last 4 years even though they have the highest pay rates in the area.

The added bonus is the fact that you can be as active or passive as your comfort level, financial goals and personality allow. 

As a bonus, you can use a strategy my accountant calls the "Lazy 1031" to defer your tax. 

The price appreciation is merely a bonus, as she isn't selling. 

Bonus is 2 ADU's in the back (possibly makes sense to do a tear down and build new on that square footage) but there are 6 doors on property.I was supposed to get renovation money (rehab loan) but looks like lender messed up that deal.

Just some thoughts to chew on Bonus thought: get a partner or someone you know to work with you bc part of a good deal is better than none.Brock

Hey all, I did a cost seg on my rental property last year & wrote off a bunch of bonus depreciation.

Bonus I was able to get enough to bring the credit cards to $0 and finish up the repairs! 

If you want to take advantage of bonus depreciation to offset your taxes I would think having a more expensive house, ie Gatlinburg, would be more beneficial.

Gave my housekeeper $1,000 bonus for connecting us.
