When providing tenants with a Certificate of Rent paid, should I include this prepaid rent?  

I'm in the process of obtaining a listing and I have listed a property in this same neighborhood the previous year.

Not ideal, but a potential fix could be forming an LLC treated as a blocker "C" corporation, obtain the EIN, contribute the real property into the C corp, then sell using the C corp.  

I’m headed to BK court next week to petition the court to lift the automatic stay, thereby permitting me to resume/conclude foreclosure on a tax lien certificate in Maryland.The property is an investment for the owner, not a principal residence.It is a commercial brick shell & lot that is not presently producing income.

Hello Nancy,Yes, the college admissions would be a great place to seek answers, or additional resources.It's been a while since I have been in college; however, NC Universities required the student to live in our great state for at least (1) year before obtaining a NC residency status back then.
