Juan, its not so easy, cause you are miles away, the prices are very attractive, and the rental estimate too, but be very careful, get a lawyer , chec on Hoa restrictions , and vacant rates, sometimes wonderful deals and numbers become nightmares.

The borough has an ordinance in place where I can't get a rental permit if I'm more than 15 miles away (I'm 21), so I'd have to use a PM locally.
