I've gained a lot just from asking questions and reading through posts in just a few months on the forums.Also - note that there is an upcoming meet and greet this Thursday in Fall River.  

I am a new investor in Memphis Tennessee and would to meet other people that wholesaling in the area.

If anyone has a good direction for me to go in or is will to meet or speak with me, that would be great!

Your marketing and sales ability are very important to your sucess,  Local real estate investor clubs or meetings have the ability to help you with networking.  

Also, desperately would like to meet other investors by going to local meet ups. 

I preach this at local investor meet up groups all of the time.

We are currently using quickbooks and looking for a property management software company with features to more efficiently meet our marketing, tenant screening, lease paperwork, maintenance requests etc..
