I’m a middle-aged unemployed woman, (not having any luck finding a wage slave job, so I don’t have the $$ to invest myself,) and would like to get into real estate.

I was going to move there, I can’t find a job for what I do.

@James Wierzba personally I would not make an exception unless you have a very very high income earning job and your willing to feed the property.  

This is a big job, but its possible if youre willing to go down a tough road for a while.

Current situation:So I don't have much funds but I do work a part time job and have few side hustles that I try to generate any extra income.

Oftentimes banks shop appraisers by price and the job goes to the lowest bidder.

We both have full time jobs, our credit scores are very good, and we have some savings.
