@Marshall HooperOkay so riddle me this then, Batman....If you have a contract under agreement to purchase with a seller, then later go to the seller and ask for and get permission to list their property on the MLS, but don’t have a contract stating that you are working for the seller in a situation that’s almost exactly like what a RE licensee should do, ¿at what point in time does his agency card get pulled into question?

Then set aside time to go in and address all of them rather than waiting for them to go one at a time costing you more in time as a result of multiple trips.

I only have one LLC right now that is named after a band I was in and it isn't very pleasant trying to explain to people on how to spell it and whatnot.. so im trying to prevent this in the future with the restructuring.

@Luke Carl should I try to go for the bigger size models to make sure all laundry is done in timely manner while the cleaner is working on the rest of the tasks ?
