It is a small price to pay to make sure you do it right and the way your attorney instructs you to do it.Better safe than sorry is my motto!

Require notice in writing, email them my move-out instructions, and move on.Every time I find an issue that occurs regularly, I create a process for it and automate it as much as possible.
