Put yourself in the tenants shoes and asked how you would feel, and what impression that would give them of you.

No experience yet, but something my broker said made me under the impression that it is done a lot.

Just listened to Grant Cardone's podcast and was very impressed. 

I was under the impression that banks were pushing higher standards for mortgage approvals, where will the average pay worker go/do?  

It delivers a high pressure shower that people like.I am so impressed I have decided to gradually change all of my units over to Niagara shower heads at turnovers and whenever shower heads have issues.

And when you move on to the bank for the next property they are not going to be impressed that your first investment property isn't profitable.But you made the move to get your first property so that the positive side.  

I checked out a couple of properties and was impressed to see the Title information was provided.  

I am interested in general impressions of the area, rental market, prices, etc.

But I have noted a trend on their first impression comments that hit me in the gut every time I hear them.
