It sounds like it could result in some additional headaches and even lost rent during the inspection process, so it probably wouldn’t make sense for me unless there is an upside in terms of higher rent.

As of right now, there are 3 existing permitted structures: main house, detached garage in front (600 sq ft), and huge 2-story detached storage unit in back (2400 sq ft).
