i never would have thought i would have a knack for numbers when i was growing up but it turned out that was the right thing for me.After doing motorcycle finance for a while they offered me a promotion to sales manager and i decided at that point that i wanted to stay in finance.

I hope to grow into bigger properties, multi-units, but for the forseeable future it will be SFRs.

But if I find it successful ( and so far so good) I'd like the option of being able to grow this in some way.Best,Ben Reese

I did look into renting some property out to a farmer...or even growing something myself....but when an older man that has been a farmer for years looked at it he said it was too rolling and most things would wash.

When I lived in the city, I would pick up copies at used book stores and hand them out like a gideon to my friends or anybody that I thought was in the right mind to to grow from the book.

Ive ran across a lot of really good deals that were in growing areas that ive had to pass up due to my own lack of investors/experience.

My wife and I believe slow and easy is the best way to win this race, but we'd like to keep growing our portfolio as we achieve experience and success.

Something we have to unlearn as we grow up so we can get along in society.
