I found another home that’s move-in ready, and I’d prefer to use a second VA loan since the rates are much better than those for an investment loan in this case.For context: I’ve lived in my current home for over two years, still have VA loan entitlement left (with a down payment), and plan to occupy the second home as my primary residence.

Good luck with it.A couple thoughts on your situation:-- When I'm looking at AirDNA for our Colorado STR investors, I don't care about occupancy and daily rates for STRs as much as gross revenue.

There's a very good chance the issue(s) you face have already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

The really good spreadsheets come with a video teaching you how to use them.

It is still good advice to get a lawyer to review it.

Have a good amount saved up for down payment and own 3 acres of raw land (valued approximately 240k) but would like to keep this in portfolio.
