It depends on a lot of factors like how your unit is priced vs others nearby and obviously where in Lawrence it's located.

How tenant leases are structured shows who pays for what etc.The property might be a tear down on an older building if location is good.

Both properties I have been looking at are located within 5 minutes of my university.

It changes by location.
