I’d also consider surrounding counties (besides Franklin) such as Licking and Fairfield for appreciation long term vs. a 2-3 year hold.

I’m eager to start my real estate investor’s journey!! I really want to learn, apply, and grow my portfolio! 

I think the couple are playing games with me and will pay May's  as close to the end of the 30 days as possible and they basically will owe me again for another month for June.

It's been 5 years now and I still hold the Option.

I understand it is a difficult market at the moment (High interest, High prices, etc), and I have no problem playing the waiting game.
