I told him the same sort of comments I made at the beginning two paragraphs of my post here ...So that is why, although it may be hard at times, I have chosen to handle the tenant selection myself (at least for now).

Basically I have to use my current capital to build more capital otherwise in the near future, otherwise I will create some monthly cash flow but end-up putting myself out of the game for 2,3, 5 years.

As I go along in learning this game and getting deals and contracts I'll post more questions.
