And, despite all of the different resources and sales data that individual consumers have access to these days, the % of FSBO completed sales has gradually declined every year since 2004, and there are fewer FSBOs today than any time in the last 40 years. 

The amount of complaints are excessive, it is time consuming to address, and we aren't sure how valid each complaint is anymore.

Learning about lending is time consuming, frustrating and expensive.

I would say that we're really getting a lot of info out of these sellers, not just about the property, but their lives and what selling would do to enhance their life.
