Also, the walls are still covered in saw dust from staining and finishing the floors.Bubbling is from sawdust getting on the poly as it was drying

If you want to level the floor and are putting the second layer of plywood down, you can use the subfloor adhesive as a ‘liquid shim’ by letting the adhesive dry between the existing and new subfloor before screwing things tight

Basically the form states their name, residency dates, rent amount and describes how they were as a tenant.The form says that she lived there for 3.5 years, had 15 late payments, significantly damaged the unit (carpet replacement, dry wall repair, blinds and door replacement).
