Does anyone have experience with creating LLC's in Nevada, Delaware or Wyoming to then own an LLC in another state?

@Kelly Pierce, the Delaware Statutory Trust is a completely different beast than what the OP was discussing.

It is legal to sell the home in Delaware while it's rented under the "change of use" for the home (from investor owner to home owner) And if an investor buys the home they can retain the tenant.
