I've taken big steps to fix this, but long story short, due to divorce I had to file chapter 7 for a clean slate.My question is, keeping in mind my recent chapter 7, what would be a good route to take for starting a business dedicated to fix and flip and BRRR?

I have made some changes in my life that will allow me to dedicate a big chunk of time to this endeavor.I am hoping to make it to the WCRT event in February, but I am also looking to network with some others in the BP community.I am a Personal Trainer and have always loved this quote: "Pain is temporary.

When I look at the resources I'm dedicating to it (staff, marketing budget, etc) and the sales/revenue it generates compared to our residential or relocation business, I get frustrated.

This industry can be challenging, but with hard work and dedication, you can achieve success.One thing that may be helpful for you to keep in mind as you continue on your journey is that real estate investing is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

Gene and RALA are definitely legit with a strong team dedicated to helping people have success.

Having a dedicated home inspector as part of your team is such a great idea!  

There will be really unique challenges to this journey but I'm dedicated to making it work!

While some great deals can undoubtedly be had, I can see why many are intimidated by it and shy away, but for me this just means that there is an opportunity there for someone who is dedicated to learn it.  

Stay dedicated for a long period of time and you'll be surprised how much confidence you gain..
