A slumlord is someone who ignores the codes, putting profit above the potential danger to the tenants.

Just use it a little bit and pay it off at the end of the month. some people get crazy with credit cards but dont. it can be dangerous esp if u rack up some crazy amounts like i have.

There is really no limit to the possibilities of what you could get sued for.Most large liability claims are the result of a tenant repeatedly complaining about some danger;  lead paint in bad condition, no batteries in the smoke detector, not repairing a railing on a porch. 

Cooking substances is extremely dangerous and toxic.

So was bull-dozing never lived in houses that had sat empty so long they were unsafe to occupy.Just saying, if your buying 'boom' don't stand so close to get caught in the explosion. 

Asbestos is dangerous but I also believe it to be way overblown.

Crimes should be reserved for actions that cause significant harm to others or put other people in danger - not for simple economic activites.In any event, my experience with political discussions has been that nobody every changes their mind on anything and things just get more strident with each post
