Do you feel there will be major appreciation (more than the rest of the country) in the near future?

Included in the cost of a major kitchen remodel is updating a 200 square foot kitchen with 30 linear feet of top-of-the-line custom white cabinets with built-in sliding shelves and other interior accessories.

I'm already migrating away from Quickbooks next year, so I will no longer be an Intuit customer for any of their products.There are several other options -YNAB, Empower/Personal Capital, Quicken Simplifi, Monarch Money, etc.

I was thinking about getting taking the "May Special Offer" but I decided to wait the until I saw some customer reviews like on Bigger Pockets, web.

Imagine the worst college frat parties combined with the most obnoxious customers, combined with the highest expectations for nice furnishings.The people that are saying $8-12k are exaggerating.
