I look at the whole system and how we can take advantage of different aspects of what we're doing to minimize the vacancy rate for each particular property.

The NWO will control all aspects of communication,monies,censorship,freedoms and other aspects to dominate the masses like puppets.And that Lee is a very bad thing.

So, that's more education on the consumer and commercial side.All of these aspects can be managed with education, yours and the Realtor's. 

The fact is that areas like ours are critical to making their silly plan work b/c of the burgeoning commercial development that has begun in our area (we are also 3 miles from EAV, did I already say that?). 

A competitive LLC formation is critical for assets protection.

I'd suggest writing a handwritten note that details your interest in the property and some of the aspects you love about the property...

As @Aaron Mazzrillo said, the hookups can be expensive (let alone very city-oriented), so a lot of people use composting toilets (not smelly like it sounds) and solar so you don't have to deal with the hookup aspect.
