I'm speaking about 5,000-10,000 checks depending on what the commission split is and the market price (also how frequently you earn these checks all depends on how much business and sales you produce and when you produce them).

The idea is to re-finance for a better rate by paying off the two and cash-out remaining equity available (no appraisal done recently).The broker is proposing an agreement of an approximate $700 non-refundable fee to me, and 1% commission of the loan amount (loan amount approx $700K).

@Ana Klein depends on your price range if you are below $150k probably not worth getting an RE license above it probably is more for savings on commission than anything else.

For what I could get it is worth working with someone like that and it is a free service for us, they get a commission from the bank for bringing them the client, attention I just met them yesterday and didn't have the opportunity to get all the details, but that's the overall picture I got.Hope this helps and I'm here to help however I can or meetup or something!
