Considering your age and the fact you have a downpayment already you can become successful in real estate as soon as you get and maintain a job.

We don't have any gadgets or gizmos on any of our units and we rent to a lot of college-aged tenants - in fact, I'm not sure we have any tenants right now over the age of 30.

This often provides a high and relatively safe return for the lender and allows borrowers to quickly and easily obtain funding, while also having a say in the negotiation of the terms (points, interest, timeframe, etc).

Hey everyone, I have a couple of questions as it relates to DTI. 

Rent rolls, expenses and find out the age of all mechanicals/roof etc for cap ex repairs needed immediately or down the road.

Another fear of mine is that he knows there are too many non related people living in the house at one time and the decrease the number of occupants after I have made the deal will drop my ROI and it will have been a poor deal.
