Jon Holdman you tend to be quite negative. as you know, if you screen right, you can get much longer than that.

I try to screen them, but I didn't check credit.

I use smartmove for screening my tenants.

One party may be 20% responsible due to not having a decent lock, the other is 80% at fault for putting the flat screen in the picture window.....whatever.
